Right of withdrawal

Purchases in the DieselRust shop are concluded with Tebex Limited, which acts as the seller (merchant of record). Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer therefore exists towards Tebex, not towards us. The information Tebex gives you during checkout and in its terms is authoritative. Below we summarise what this means for purchases in our shop.

Withdrawal period

As a consumer, you can generally withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason. For contracts for digital content and services, the period starts when the contract is concluded.

Early expiry for digital content

Radcoins, items and other game content are digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. For such contracts, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the period if all of the following conditions are met (Section 356(6) of the German Civil Code, BGB):

  • Tebex has begun performing the contract, i.e. providing the purchased content.
  • You have expressly consented to Tebex beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period.
  • You have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
  • Tebex has provided you with a confirmation of the contract (Section 312f BGB), for example by e-mail.

Tebex obtains this consent and acknowledgement during checkout. Because we credit purchased content immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal in this case usually expires when the content is credited. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

Ranks on subscription

Ranks are provided continuously over a period of time. Whether and when the right of withdrawal expires early for them depends on the type of service and on the declarations you made during checkout at Tebex. Regardless of this, you can cancel a subscription at any time with effect for the future, see shop terms.

You can also declare your withdrawal online via our withdrawal function “Withdraw from contract” (at the bottom of every page). You receive a confirmation of receipt right away; we forward the withdrawal to Tebex as the seller.

How to withdraw

Inform Tebex of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or via the Tebex contact page. Since 19 June 2026, sellers must additionally provide an electronic withdrawal function ("withdraw from contract") for contracts concluded via a website (Section 356a BGB). For purchases in our shop, Tebex as the seller is responsible for this; if Tebex offers this function, you can also use it. If possible, state the transaction ID from your purchase confirmation. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the period expires.

Please send your withdrawal directly to Tebex. If it reaches us by mistake, we will forward it to Tebex.

Consequences of withdrawal

After an effective withdrawal, Tebex refunds your payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, using the original means of payment. The purchased items are then removed on the server.

Model withdrawal form

You can use the following statutory model form for your withdrawal. Its use is not mandatory.
