Note: This English version is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.
These terms explain how purchases in the DieselRust shop work and how the purchased items work on our server. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected in every case.
1. Seller and contractual partner
Sales and payment are handled by Tebex Limited (Company Number 08129184, London, United Kingdom) as reseller (merchant of record). You therefore conclude the purchase contract with Tebex. The Tebex terms apply to the conclusion of the contract, prices, payment, withdrawal and refunds.
The game server and this website are operated by Coming Soon (see imprint). We provide the purchased items on our server and are your point of contact for questions about content and crediting. The following rules additionally apply to the use of purchased items.
2. Requirements
- You need a Steam account. Purchased items are credited to the SteamID you are signed in with on the website. Please check before buying that you are signed in with the right account.
- Under the Tebex terms you must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase. If you are a minor, you also need the consent of your parents or legal guardians.
3. Items
Ranks (VIP, VIP+, Premium, Premium+)
Ranks unlock additional benefits on our server. These are listed on the home page in the section on ranks and with each package in the shop. Ranks are offered as a subscription that renews automatically or for a fixed term; term, price and renewal are shown with the package and during checkout. After payment, the rank is unlocked automatically, even if you are not online at the time.
Radcoins
Radcoins are our server's in-game currency. You redeem them in the game's Radcoin shop, for example for buffs, items or the premium season pass. Purchased Radcoins are credited to your game account immediately, even while you are offline, and are kept across wipes.
Radcoins have no monetary value. They are neither a means of payment nor e-money, cannot be exchanged back into money or paid out, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game.
Buffs and packages
Buffs are temporary in-game benefits and last for the duration stated with the package. Items and other game content from packages are subject to the normal rules of the game: they can be lost in the game, for example through raids or the death of your character, and are reset with a wipe unless the package states otherwise.
4. Crediting
Items are credited automatically as soon as Tebex confirms the payment to us, usually within a few minutes. If this does not happen, please contact us at support@dieselrust.com with the transaction ID from your Tebex purchase confirmation.
5. Cancelling subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time – online via “Cancel contracts here” (at the bottom of every page), via the cancellation link in the e-mails from Tebex or in your payment history at Tebex. After cancelling via our website you receive a confirmation of receipt right away; we forward it to Tebex for execution. After cancellation, the subscription no longer renews; the rank remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
6. Wipes and changes to the game
Our server is wiped regularly. Depending on its type, a wipe resets the map, buildings, items and blueprints. Radcoins and active ranks are kept. We announce the next wipe on the website and in the game.
Rust is updated regularly by Facepunch, and we continuously develop the server. As a result, individual game content and benefits may change. We announce significant changes to purchased items in advance. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Server rules, moderation and bans
The server rules published in the game and on this website apply on our server. In the event of violations, for example cheating or exploiting bugs, and in the case of illegal content, for example offensive player names, signs or messages, we may remove content and mute players or ban them temporarily or permanently. In doing so, we take the severity of the violation into account. We inform you of the reason for and duration of a ban or mute, usually directly in the game (Art. 17 DSA). Anyone can report rule violations and illegal content via the contact form (see imprint).
You cannot use purchased items during a ban. In this case you can only demand a refund to the extent that you have statutory rights. If you consider a measure unjustified, you can object via the contact form (category "Ban appeal") or by e-mail to support@dieselrust.com. We review the objection and inform you of the outcome.
8. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are handled by Tebex as the seller in accordance with its terms and the statutory provisions. Information on your right of withdrawal can be found under Right of withdrawal. If a payment is reversed, for example through your bank or PayPal, we may revoke the items purchased with it on the server.
9. Availability
We strive for stable server operation. However, maintenance, wipes, updates by Facepunch or technical faults may interrupt operation temporarily. Should we shut down the server permanently, we will announce this in good time beforehand. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. In the event of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations whose fulfilment makes proper use possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely; in this case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Claims arising from the purchase contract are to be directed to Tebex as the seller.
11. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected. For the purchase contract with Tebex, the choice of law and jurisdiction rules in the Tebex terms apply.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
12. Changes to these terms
The version of these terms published at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. We answer questions about the shop at support@dieselrust.com.
