Reporting illegal content
You can notify us electronically at any time of illegal content on the website or on our game server (for example player names, clan names, signs or messages in the game): via the contact form with the category "Report a player" or by e-mail to support@dieselrust.com (Art. 16 DSA). So that we can assess the notice, please state as precisely as possible where the content can be found (page, player name or SteamID, time) and why you believe it is illegal, as well as your name and e-mail address. We do not need your name and e-mail address if the notice concerns depictions of child sexual abuse. We confirm receipt, review the notice promptly and inform you of our decision.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's former online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
