The wandering trader shows up regularly at changing places (notice in the top left, marker on the map). Walk up and trade with E. The more you buy, the better your trader reputation – and the bigger your discount.
At night the black market opens with rare goods, but only until sunrise. Also look out for the discount weekend and the recycling bonus hour.
