In the "Cosmetics" tab (or with /cosmetics) you buy purely cosmetic styles with Radcoins – they give no gameplay advantage.
Name colour: solid colours or gradients (e.g. sunset, fire, rainbow) for your name in chat. It replaces your rank's name colour; team tag, rank prefix and clan tag stay in front.
Chat frame: colourful picture emojis in front of or around your name – e.g. crown, skull, crossed blades, diamond, inferno, high voltage, dragon blood or the royal frame. They show up in chat as a picture; players who turned off server emojis in Rust's options see the code instead (e.g. :drstar:). Rust loads new emojis when you connect.
Kill message: colour and prefix of your name in the kill feed.
Every style is available permanently or for 30 days – buying 30 days again extends the remaining time. Pick a style on the left and instantly see on the right how your chat and kill feed look with it. One style per category is active, all three can be combined.
