When you report a player (the report button in the death summary or a "Report a player" ticket), you get a mailbox message as soon as staff has handled and closed your report. If you are online, a notice pops up as well.
It only contains the result: warned, muted, kicked, banned, no rule violation found or handled. Further details about the punishment and who handled the report stay with the staff for privacy reasons.
If you close your own ticket yourself, there is no feedback.
